Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the exchange item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us and issuing a replacement or refund.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to cancel it but will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
